According to court docs filed June 17, his legal team says he was given an “overdose quantity” of meds while locked down in solitary confinement.
Just days before, on June 10, Kelly filed an emergency motion claiming a murder-for-hire plot involving Aryan Brotherhood inmates and BOP officials. He was immediately thrown in the hole (solitary), and the next day, staff allegedly told him to take a heavy dose of anxiety and sleep meds.
