A Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 player has discovered a game-breaking Amalgam bug on the Terminus map that sends them out of bounds, effectively ending their Zombies run.

A Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 player recently uncovered a frustrating bug that can ruin Zombies runs on the Terminus map, leading to widespread frustration within the community. The bug, involving the Amalgam enemy type, pushes players out of bounds, causing them to become stuck in inaccessible areas of the map, ultimately halting their progress.

Currently, Black Ops 6 players are enjoying double XP and double weapon XP until January 3, 2025. In addition, the Archie's Festival Frenzy holiday event is live until the same date, offering exclusive rewards for collecting Jolly Archies, which drop from enemy kills in both multiplayer and Zombies modes. However, while attempting to take part in these festive activities and complete successful Zombies runs, players have begun to encounter the Amalgam bug that can end their games prematurely.

Reddit user BenPlaysGamesTV was one of the first to report the issue. While playing on the Terminus map, BenPlaysGamesTV was struck by an Amalgam elite enemy, which caused the player to be pushed out of bounds into an area called the Holding Cells. Although the player could still fight enemies and take damage through a small gap in a nearby door, they were unable to return to the normal map. With no visible way of escaping the glitched area, the player had to save and quit the game.

This bug seems to be replicable across the Terminus map, as other players have shared similar experiences on Reddit. Some players, like The_Piment, report encountering the same bug multiple times while playing Zombies. A few community members have even speculated ways to exploit the bug, theorizing that Perks like PhD Flopper and Melee Macchiato might still be usable through the small gap in the door. However, ammo shortages in the glitched area are an inevitable problem. U4gm makes it easy for players to obtain XP, weapon blueprints, and more by providing cod bo6 redeem codes buy. Treyarch has not yet acknowledged the issue, as the developers are currently on holiday leave. However, updates are expected to arrive in January 2025 as Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded come to a close. Given that the Amalgam bug is easily replicable, it is likely that Treyarch will address it in future bug fixes.
